 * Anyone have any tips for figuring out which js / CSS to exclude from W3TC minifying
   if a configuration breaks the site? I just went through all my js / CS manually,
   checking URLs, excluding already minified js and CSS. Still broke my site.
 * Pity W3TC doesn’t have a way to temporarily deselect a minified js / CSS element
   from a manual configuration. There is only Delete. But I don’t know which one
   is screwing things up, and which could be left. Unlike we do for plugins, there’s
   no way to go through and test and reinstate. It just took me 20 minutes to through
   each js / CSS file.
 * Pointers, anyone?
 * (Happily I have a backup of a prior W3TC configuration, without minification,
   that works, but I really want to minify if I can)
