# Problems posting by email

 * Ok, so I’ev been trying to post by email, and although the posts are showing 
   up on my pages, tehre are a few problems.
    The first is that there seems to be
   something wrong with selecting a category, where it says “Filed Under: Category”
   I get “Filed Under: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/
   leavers0/public_html/bensblog/wp-includes/template-functions.php on line 1368”
   Also, the post seems to have a large margin on teh left, teh text does not extend
   teh entire way to the edge of the screen, but seems to stop about half way accross.

   Any help would be appreciated.

 * Thanks. Although the link didn’t work for me, I went to the latest CVS by other
   means and took the extra bit in wp-mail.php that inserts the appropriate row 
   into the post2cat table, which I assumed was the problem, and put it into my 
   own wp-mail.php. It seems to have done the trick anyhow. We’ll see how it performs
   with extensive testing!

 * I also went to the latest CVS by other means and took the extra bit in wp-mail.
   php that inserts the appropriate row into the post2cat table (the chunk down 
   at the bottom if anyone is using a file comparitor (like WinMerge) of the old
   wp-mail with the new CVS wp-mail.
    Worked like a charm.

 * I made a thread for this by itself, but got no responses. So I’m hoping I can
   get an answer here:
    The instructions for posting by email aren’t clear to me.
   I’ve set up a certain address for posting from and I set that up in the WP config,
   the question is what email address do I send to? I sent an email post to [that
   same address], and then ran the wp-mail.php. I saw the content of the email there,
   however there is no new post on my blog. What did I do wrong? Also, why do the
   instructions say HTML email is not supported? I’d like to use this system for
   a friend who formats a newsletter in Outlook (HTML)… It would be much easier 
   to send that directly than have to log in and re-format the newsletter in the
   WP interface.
