# Problems Running Accessibility Tools

 * Newly installed Web Accessibility Tools and Alt Text Finder. When I go to the
   Settings menu and click on Accessibility tools I get the main Accessibility Tools
   screen and the three circulating bubbles and it stalls there ad infinitum.
 * Running Worpress v 5.2.4 and theme Twenty Seventeen
 * Usually use Safari but have also tried Chrome. In the Chrome developer console
   I can see the following:
 * Uncaught DOMException: Blocked a frame with origin “[https://widgets.wp.com&#8221](https://widgets.wp.com&#8221);

 * Hello, I have looked into the issue you are having And I think the error is not
   caused by our plugin because it doesn’t have any reference to our plugin code
   in it.
 * I think it is caused by some other plugin installed and the site is trying to
   load some cross-domain content on the site.
 * Since the site is already having this js error it is blocking our plugin from
   working.
 * Please let me know if this has helped you.
