# Problems submitting forms to dB with Exec PHP 3.2

 * I want to use Exec PHP to add the fields in a form to a dB table. However, once
   I press the submit button it seems that all the field variables are reset to “”.
   While the table is updated, all the fields are blank. Has anyone experience of
   using Exec PHP with forms to update a table in a database?
