 * hi i unistall autoptimize and delete wp-content/cache/autoptimize and wp-content/
   plugins/autoptimize folders but my page is still loading (or try loading) this
   file:
    autoptimize_843fda0e491ee91e2d6fc1c718deca6e.js:1 Failed to load resource:
   the server responded with a status of 404 () what can i do ?

 * i try with W3 Total Cache but doesnt work, how can i delete manually? or where

 * afraid I don’t know where W3TC stores its cache oscarga, moreover it’s possible
   you have multiple cache layers (at your hoster or sucuri or cloudflare or …) 
   and all of them need to be purged really ..
