Problems updating a published post

    I’m just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem: I made a stupid spelling mistake in a post that I published yesterday. Whenever I go in to edit the post, I make the correction, click Update, then just wait… and nothing happens – it just keeps thinking. Is this a common problem? FYI: I use IE v.8 and WP v.3.0.4. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    I don’t know if this helps, but after attempting to edit the post, here is the message I get after clicking “Update”, followed by at least 5 minutes of the PC thinking (keep in mind, I’m not having problems with any other website):

    ERROR
    The requested URL could not be retrieved

    While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.concordialm.org/blog/wp-admin/post.php

    The following error was encountered:

    •Read Timeout
    The system returned:

    [No Error]A Timeout occurred while waiting to read data from the network. The network or server may be down or congested. Please retry your request.
