Do your products have a product description filled in on your product edit pages? If so, is that in the normal description textarea or in the short description textarea? * With regards to your policy violation. That is pretty serious, according to Google you did something to violate their Google shopping policies. The list of policies is pretty long and can be found here: [https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6149970?hl=en](https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6149970?hl=en) * Make sure your products and account meets all those policies. When you are sure your products do you can request a manual review of your account. I read the Google documentation sent by [@supportadtribes](https://wordpress.org/support/users/supportadtribes/).
