 * Sorry, not yet. I couldn’t replicate the issue. And I’ve been busy with other
   projects. My temporary solution would be hiding the unwanted EPS boxes using 
   CSS `display:none`.

 * I encountered this same issue. I deactivated all my plugins and then reactivated
   them one at a time to find the conflict. Turns out it was the Yoast SEO plugin
   that was conflicting.
 * I will deactivate the Yoast plugin for now but would appreciate a fix since I
   would like to use it and the Easy Post Series plugin.
