# Problems with Astra theme (functions.php)

 * Hi. I’ve just updated the Astra theme on my website, but now I am not allowed
   to change the Theme Functions anymore (functions.php). I have just two simple
   php codes which I have used for the last couple of years without a problem, but
   now it seems that I am not allowed to do any changes to the Theme Functions whatsoever.
   Does anyone know something about this? PS. I am not an experienced web developer!

 * You should not make individual adjustments to the functions.php of the theme.

   have considered a child theme before, but since my php code is very limited, 
   I have not had any problem with it before now. I will check your recommendations,
