# Problems with cache

 * Hi,
 * We have used your plugin since January, and it worked very well. Some months 
   ago, we encountered an issue where the feed is not visible on the web page; it
   only shows black blocks. If we clear the cache, it works for a few days but then
   the issue reoccurs.
 * Could you please let us know what we can do to resolve this?

 * Thanks for reaching out. Try going to our plugin’s Settings page. Select the 
   Cache Time of 1 Hour, click the Save Settings button, and then click the Clear
   Cache button. Let me know if that helps.
