# problems with creating user

 * Good morning,
 * I’ve got a problem with the creation of admin user from the backend; I’ve wrote
   every needed fields, but in the user page, I see an empty row at the place of
   the data that I’ve wrote (as you can see [here](https://imgur.com/a/fRvEPzY)).
 * The data that I’ve typed, are saved into the database, so I don’t understand 
   why I can’t see it.
 * Currently I’m running WordPress 6.1.1 on an hosting with PHP 7.4.

   I’m not sure how you’ve tried, but here is a step-by-step guideline that you

 * I’ve followed that tutorial, but the result is the same. No data in the new row
   in users page.
 * I’ve tried to login with the new login data, but it redirects to the home page…
   So strange.
 * Another problem is that when Woocommerce is enabled (i’ve got the latest version),
   sometimes it logged me out from the admin zone.
