# Problems with CSV Reports

 * I have a number of issues with CSV Report of bookings received.
 * 1. Report contains a lot of columns that I don’t need to see eg the service is
   free so I don’t need anything to do with price. I am assuming the first line 
   of the CSV report gives the field names. I have entered all the ones I want to
   omit from the Report, comma separated, but some of them still appear.
    2. One
   of the fields I have omitted is “email” and this does not appear except for the
   last booking made the email address appears under “app_service_1” and all other
   data is shifted across so that it is under the wrong heading 3. Report contains
   6 columns each containing the date of the appointment but there is no field name
   at the top so I can’t omit them

 * The form fields have to be excluded using its ID instead its name in the first
   line. See in the following image how to locate the field IDs:

 * If I use the full tag for email (in my case <%email%>) and enter this in the 
   exclusion list, when I Update Changes then the <%email%> disappears from the 
   exclusion list.
 * Also I still have 6 columns in my report which show the date of the appointment
   but they have no header so I have no idea where they are coming from and so I
   can’t omit them

 * Hi,
 * Don’t use the full tag, use only “email” without the > % < characters.
 * Columns with missing header are usually due to fields without title or fields
   already deleted from the form.
