 * Hello,
    I’m trying in all possible ways to connect a form made with Elementor
   for creating a new user and enroll it in a LearnDash Course.
 * What I do is this:
    1) Guest submits (form name)
 * 2) Actions will be run on – New User, With the email {1:form_field:email_5_standards}

   If user already exists then select existing user
 * 3) LearnDash Enroll User to (name of the course)
 * —-
 * Unfortunately in the logs I get always the same problem:
    Could not create user,
   reason: Cannot create a user with an empty login name.
 * I tried everything but with no results so far.
    Thanks for any help! Luca

 * HI [@luca_and_friends](https://wordpress.org/support/users/luca_and_friends/)!
 * You have to fill the Username field with “Form field value” {422: form_field:
   FIELD_ID} and change the “FIELD_ID” to the FIELD_ID of the form field.
 * Keep in mind that the Username and email field are required fields and they are
   waiting to receive information.
 * Keep in mind that you cannot create a user without a username, so AutomatorWP
   is telling you in the log that it cannot create the user.

 * Hello,
    thanks for your reply! I definitely do what you said to me in your reply
   but it doesn’t work. I put the FIELD_ID in this way
 *     ```
       Username:*
       {1:form_field:username5standards}
        The user's login username.
       Email:*
       {1:form_field:email5standards}
        The user email address.
       First Name:
       {1:form_field:name5standards}
        The user's first name.
       Last Name:
       {1:form_field:cognome5standards}
        The user's last name.
       ```
 * (I’ve just copied and pasted)
    Doesn’t work in this way. It seems more a problem
   in between elementor forms and automatorwp. Do I have to provide you something
   to give you a better picture?
 * Thanks
 * Hi [@luca_and_friends](https://wordpress.org/support/users/luca_and_friends/)!!
 * Check the ID you have in the form, you probably don’t have it correctly.
    I just
   did a test and it works perfectly, the user believes me. 1- [https://imgur.com/A2e5075](https://imgur.com/A2e5075)
 * Thanks Paco for your reply.
    I do exactly as you did in your images. The only
   thing is then if you’re using the full version of AutomatorWP. I’m using the
   free one, hence I don’t know if it’s still possible to do so with it.
 * I’ll retry to do it in another form and see if it works. I use the form inside
   a flow created with Cartflow.
 * Thanks
 * Hello Paco,
    no, it’s not working on the “normal pages” created with solely Elementor.
   Probably is something that it’s not compatible with the new Elementor. On which
   theme and version of elementor are you using the AutomatorWP?
 * Mine is:
    Wordpress 5.8.2 Theme Name: Hello Elementor Version: 2.4.1 Elementor
   Pro Version: 3.5.1
 * Thanks
 * Hi [@luca_and_friends](https://wordpress.org/support/users/luca_and_friends/)!!
 * We are using the latest version and everything works perfectly.
    Are you putting
   the form you are using as a normal Widget or as a global Widget? If you are putting
   it as a global Widget, it doesn’t work.
 * In the event that you are using the normal widget, you may have a plugin or theme
   installed in your WordPress that is in conflict with AutomatorWP, in this case
   I recommend that you perform a conflict test.
    The conflict test is really simple,
   all you need is to switch to a default WordPress theme (to verify that the conflict
   is not coming from your theme): [https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Default_Themes](https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Default_Themes)
 * And disable plugins one by one to find who is causing this problem
 * Please let us know which theme or plugin is causing this problem to contact its
   authors to request a solution.
 * Hope it helps!
