# Problems with Exchange

 * Hi,
 * I have created a website for a company. [http://www.elmer-adv.dk](http://www.elmer-adv.dk)
 * They are using local exchange server for mails.
 * When I sent out newsletters using Wysija it works great. I can sent to gmail,
   hotmail, live and so on. But I am not able to sent newsletters to their own mails
   e.g. [xxx@elmer-adv.dk](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/problems-with-exchange/xxx@elmer-adv.dk?output_format=md).
 * What to do?
 * Really hope you can help me because it is a big issue not to be able to sent 
   previews to their own mail.

 * Hello Rasmus,
 * It could be a problem with the sending method you are using, maybe it is flagged
   as spam by their email client, try to run a spam test with our free tool : [http://www.mail-tester.com/](http://www.mail-tester.com/)
 * It will probably give you enough information to improve it.
    Usually we advise
   our users with blacklisted server to send with PRO email service providers such
   as SendGrid or ElasticEmail : [http://www.wysija.com/email-service-providers/](http://www.wysija.com/email-service-providers/)
