# Problems with logo header

 * Hello,
    I’m having some problem with my logo header on my portfolio site: [http://www.jreynette.com](http://www.jreynette.com).
   I’m using Hatch as a theme but recently the logo disappeared and was replaced
   with a question mark. I’ve checked with a different browser and on my phone and
   its still not there. I’ve also tried reuploading with a new image, which hasn’t
   solved it. Anyone able to help?

 * The image is inserted as follows:
 * `<img class="logo" src="http://www.jreynette.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/title_portfolio.
   png" alt="jennifer reynette">`
 * However, that file returns as not found: [http://www.jreynette.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/title_portfolio.png](http://www.jreynette.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/title_portfolio.png)
 * It does seem odd that, if you have tried to re-upload it, it would still be offering
   a file from 2015.
 * Are you using any sort of caching plugin, or do you see a “Clear/Purge Cache”
   button in your Dashboard or admin bar? If so, would you please try clearing the
   cache?
 * Note: You do not need to install a caching plugin at this point just to clear
   a cache you don’t have. If you don’t have a caching plugin or a way to clear 
   a server-level cache, just say so. 🙂

 * Thanks for the speedy reply.
 * I don’t have a cached plugin or anything in the Dashboard bar to Clear Cache.

   so the theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.
