# Problems with personalizing topic

 * When I want to customize the theme, that is, when I go to access the customize.
   php file. I get an error screen “Internal Server Error”.
 * I have uninstalled and reinstalled topic. The error persists.
 * How I can fix it?

 * Yes, It’s activated. In fact I make changes from “Topic Options”.

 * ok so yes your supposed to use “theme options” to customize.
 * If your customizer page isn’t working try deactivating plugins.

 * I only have two activated plugins:
    Virtue / Pinnacle ToolKit and WooCommerce
 * I’ve turned off and the Virtue / Pinnacle Toolkit plugin and still the same.
 * 🙁
 * Can it be that there is a problem with your Hosting? The web’s have in GoDaddy

 * It could, could be that your using an older version of php or that you have a
   really low max memory setting in your php. You can contact your host and see 
   if they can help you.
