# problems with php mail()

 * This morning I’ve installed the plugin [Newsletter](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/newsletter/),
   and it worked perfect.
    Until I deactivated another plugin [WP-Mail-SMTP](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/).
   Because I use the _PHP mail()_, and not the _SMTP_. Because this disables de 
   fuctionality of _Newsletter_, I make _WP-Mail-SMTP_ active again.
 * But now nothing with mail works anymore. My contactform, sending password to 
   email and Newletter.
    It’s probably just one stupid thing, but I can’t find what.

 * I didn’t chance a thing, and now it works again.
    Strange, very strange.
