# Problems with plugin

 * Plugin is activated OK. But when I want to add file, it is not downloading. Progress
   bar is gray. When i click on “x”, it is only writing “deleting…”. But in fact
   photo is not deleting. Is this problem may be connected with WordPress version
   4.9? Should i update my WordPress? Or may by it is something other?

   the progressbar cannot load correctly.

 * What is the name of the plugin you’ve been using, I mean the HTML editor of CF7?
 * Seem like your configuration is correct, can you try to upgrade Contact Form 
   7 and My plugin to latest version?
