# problems with plugin freezing

 * Whenever I use this plugin and add locations to the list, my browser starts freezing
   a lot. The process of adding locations then becomes a long arduous process because
   I have to wait for it to unfreeze in between steps.
 * When I first started using it several months ago, this was not a problem. It 
   is fairly recent. It happened a few weeks ago and it is happening again. I don’t
   have problems with my browser freezing like this when I’m doing anything else.
   It is related to the plugin, but I don’t know how.
 * I should say I’m using the most updated version of Chrome on an HP laptop.

   [Store Locator Plus forum](https://www.storelocatorplus.com/forums/)? Please 
   provide a screenshot if you can, of your Plugin environment. (versions, Php, 
   etc) There is also a [troubleshooting page](https://www.storelocatorplus.com/documentation/store-locator-plus/troubleshooting/)
   and support of the home web site
