# Problems with Quick Cloud

 * Yesterday I had errors in Litespeed WP dashboard like this:
   _Image pull process
   failure: Failed to pull image [https://hel265-hyb-worker.quic.cloud/dl/d\_609157/661e37246308d2.67090648.jpg](https://hel265-hyb-worker.quic.cloud/dl/d_609157/661e37246308d2.67090648.jpg)_
 * Searching for an answer on this forum I saw a suggestion to push the clean up
   unfinished data button, so I did. When I thereafter hit the button send optimization
   request, it said that I don’t have enough quota (which does not seem to be the
   case).
 * After that I tried to renew the domain key, which succeeded. There is however
   only 1 node working (UCSS) which doesn’t seem correct.
 * Images that I have uploaded to WordPress are no longer being optimized.
 * How can I fix this problem so that LiteSpeed is working again as smoothly as 
   it did before? Best regards, Gerske

 * I have opened a ticket by sending an email with reference to this thread. Indeed,
   when I hit “send optimzation request” it still says not enough quota. Waiting
   doesn’t help.
