# problems with quickinstall

 * I installed wordpress with quickinstall more than 24 hours ago. Both my hosting
   and domain registration are through hostgator. When I try to go to my site through
   admin or domain name, its not there.

 * i actually have the same issue, i bought domain name with namecheap and used 
   hostgator for hosting, after the WP quick install, i clicked to open admin (domain.
   com/wp-admin),but it says connection was reset! can anyone help please? its my
   first installation for a new blog so i’m thinking maybe there’s a time delay 
   before that activates??? thanks.

   the domain you mention is still showing as available for purchase, so it would
   appear that your purchase through HG did not go through or has been delayed for
   some reason. You should really get in touch with them (HG) to see what is going
   on.
 * That said, sometimes, depending upon the domain registrar, it can take a while
   for the registration to propagate and one has to wait a while for this to happen(
   can take up to 48 hours).

 * This might be a dumb question but how can I get in touch with them? Its seems
   they have all customer support automated.
 * More so, my domain registration seems to be active from there side.

 * i got it to work trough hostgator customer support. There was somekind of technical
   error i did not understand entirely.
