# Problems with review process

 * I usually read the reviews for plugins and had wondered why several people were
   reporting problems but still giving a plugin 5 stars – now I know! I have just
   tried to report that the WP User Approval plugin is not working on the Mac but
   there was no option on the number of stars to show. So I ended up with a review
   showing five stars which is obviously the default. Now I can’t see any way to
   remove that review either. Can this be sorted please?

 * I have deleted that review for you, can you try another review and let us know
   how you get on. When you review a theme or plugin, you should definitely see 
   five white stars that you can then click to indicate how many (gold) stars you
   wish to award. If you do not see these stars, can you try using another browser?
