Problems with SEO Ultimate

I am using SEO Ultimate plugin for my site and it comes with loads of problems. I don’t know how to remove them.
I am having errors in these URLs

Shockingly, I got the error for the first URL – the index page, which wasn’t there. These URLs are for missing meta descriptions. How do I get rid of them? Where can I EXACTLY land on the page in the site to correct these errors.

Secondly, I want to take the name as the site – to the top left corner as “Gadget Garrio” and get the description of the site as “Reviews and Releases of apps and gadgets – Gadget Garrio” – which should be visible in the title bar of the browser.

The source page shows “Reviews and Releases of apps and gadgets” this description a total of 9 times. Is that correct or do I need to correct it. I am frustrated as no one is helping me and the errors are just mounting up.

The 404 errors are getting another real headache. I don’t know how they appear. What’s weird is that I got the error for this – http://gadgetgarrio.com/category/cameras/ – I had deleted the “camera” category long ago. I don’t know how it showed up there.
