    Hi,

Checking out the site, it looks like it is working for me. Did you find the cause of what you were seeing before?

    Cheers!

Sure thing! The browser information would be really helpful and the screencast will be gold.

    Cheers!

    HI Ben,

I’m using Chrome for Mac too and haven’t been able to duplicate it (yet). I notice a couple of Javascript errors for your site, which may or may not be related. Since the Carousel is based on Javascript, it raises my attention:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'w' of undefined
Uncaught ReferenceError: receiveCount is not defined

Those errors might be related to either what you’re seeing or my inability to duplicate it.

I haven’t heard other reports so I would suggest trying with all other plugins disabled and, if it still fails, try while using a default theme. If either with all other plugins disabled or using a default theme it works, then that suggests another plugin or your theme is introducing something that is wrecking havoc.

    Thanks!

ok ill check that out i thought i might have seen some like that in the inspector but not being much of a programmer i wasn’t sure i’ll re-open if i am not able to isolate the issue odd you are not seeing the trouble but thanks for responding nonetheless.

sorry just realized i never replied to this it was a theme issue working on getting the theme dev to fix the issue.
