# Problems with Theme Installation

 * Hello everyone,
 * I have just tried to install a Theme from ThemeForest.com and this is the error
   I get:
 * Installing Theme from uploaded file: themeforest-9404366-xoxo-beautifully-elegant-
   wedding-wordpress-theme (1).zip
    Unpacking the package… Installing the theme…
   The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
   Theme install failed.
 * I unzipped the theme and the “style.css” file is actually there, but I’m not 
   able to open it.
    I would appreciate any guidance.

 * It sounds like there is a problem with the theme. I’m sorry but as you appear
   to be using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/
   vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we support, [commercial products](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products)
   here.

 * Hi Fernando,
 * usually when you buy a theme from TF you also get support from its authors.
 * I think the problem you have is that you have to unzip once your file and find
   there the exact theme zip.In themes i use this is the way i do it.
 * so unzip the original and find another and upload that.
