# Problems with Thumbnail Saving

    I have some problems when try to generate thumbnails: 1. “Saving” field

 * 2. Sometimes there is error when try to generate a thumbnail: Can’t load video

 * Could you help me please with this issues?

 * Sorry for the very late reply. Do you still need help with this issue? It’s a
   tricky one to troubleshoot but it would help me a lot if you can [open your browser’s JavaScript console](https://support.cytobank.org/hc/en-us/articles/206273618-How-to-open-and-use-your-browser-s-JavaScript-console)
   and tell me if you see any errors when you try to save a thumbnail.

    Yes, I still have this problem. Error in console:
   Failed to load resource: Origin [https://mysiteexample.com](https://mysiteexample.com)
   is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin. Status code: 206

 * You usually get that error when the video is hosted on a different domain than
   the WordPress admin. It’s a browser security feature that prevents cross-site
   scripting. You’ll most likely need to create a CORS policy on your server although
   I’ve never actually set one up myself, you can start here for instructions: [https://www.w3.org/wiki/CORS_Enabled](https://www.w3.org/wiki/CORS_Enabled)
