 * Hello, I’m having problems with my title underlines. My site has very few graphical
   elements so I’d like to get them right.
 * I have red underlines on both the blog title and the post title. On the blog 
   title the underline is close up under the text. On the post title the underline
   hangs down below the g’s and y’s. I would like the post titles to be like the
   blog title. I’ve studied this for a long time and I’m stumped. Please help.
