 * I updated this on a few of my client’s websites and they were all at 2.2.1 before.
   No matter how I updated (from the backend, full ftp upload, DELETE old plugin
   and upload, etc) there was some issue with the updated version.
 * Issue #1 – Still not resolved as of today: Disappearing sliders. I get a blank
   white box when I update from the backend. I can see the slides listed in the
   admin area but I don’t see anything on the website. I am using the template tag
   and not the shortcode. It is the updated template tag. If I delete it, I see
   the “can’t find Slider# error” so I know I am using the correct template tag
   but only blank.
 * Issue#2 – With one client who got a full delete and install. I could see the
   slider perfectly if I was logged into the site. If I viewed it when logged out,
   the images would stack in the background behind the content of the site.
 * For now I have downgraded all my sites back to 2.2.1 and it is working perfectly.

 * Hi [@jannybeanca](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jannybeanca/), thanks for
   getting in touch. In relation to the issues;
 * **1)** Can you quote the template tag used for clarification, and can you link
   me to an example of this issue on the frontend?
 * **2)** Any issues related to the slider working when logged in but not logged
   out would suggest caching problems. Are you using any caching plugins and/or
   can you reset the site cache? The plugin has no code to change output based on
   authentication status, so if you’re seeing discrepancies this would be my first
   insight.

 * same here. After update all slides are gone. I see width 0 and height 0 over
   inline css of wrapper. I checked and the dimensions are correct in the admin.
   Its the same for logged in or visitors.

 * Hi [@voala](https://wordpress.org/support/users/voala/), that sounds like an
   unrelated issue. Can you start a separate topic? Otherwise, contact me via the
   support form [here](http://easingslider.com/support) and pass on a link to the
   slider on your site. Happy to help there 🙂
