# Problems with uploading documents

 * Hello MasterStudy Team,
 * I’m using MasterStudy LMS and I noticed that in the “Course Materials” section,
   I always need to upload a new file. It doesn’t allow me to select an existing
   file from the WordPress Media Library.
 * For example, if I have 5 different courses that use the same document, I need
   to upload the same file 5 times. This is not efficient and takes more storage
   space.
 * Can you please add (or suggest a way to enable) an option to reuse files already
   uploaded in the Media Library, instead of forcing new uploads each time?
 * Thank you very much!
