# Problems with WordPress 4.2.3 update

 * Hi all,
 * I have tried to update my site litteravisigothica.com to WordPress 4.2.3 but 
   I get this error:
 * The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. 
   This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.: xmlrpc.php
 * I have revised and changed the file permissions but yet nothing. Could someone
   please assist?

 * Don’t worry, it’s not as complicated as it looks. The guide is just *very* detailed.
