# Processing…

 * Hi,
 * When someone doesn’t fill out their name, the red error text correctly displays.
 * The same is true when someone doesn’t fill out their email address.
 * If someone fills out everything though, and presses submit, the green message
   doesn’t display and the button freezes on “Processing”.
 * This happens both if the Captcha is right or wrong.
 * It does send the email, but to the end client, it looks as if the form has frozen
   and is unresponsive.
 * Please can you advise how to fix this.
