# Processing issue

 * Hi,
 * I’m using your Lite plugin, with this shortcode:
    [stripe name=”Consulting Services”
   description=”#0000 – 50% Initial Booking Fee” amount=”500″]
 * I use theme Avada on my website.
 * I did a test payment which came through on the Stripe test dashboard. I then 
   switched back to Live.
 * My client says they submitted with an AMEX card but when they checked no funds
   were taken.
 * I did not receive any email that the tests were through, or that the client attempted
   a payment.
 * I’m hesitant to ask my client to try again without knowing exactly why this happenned.
 * Any idea why this may be happening?
 * Thank you for your help

 * I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the plugin specifically.
 * You could check your Stripe logs and/or ask the client to try again.
 * You may need to check [https://support.stripe.com/](https://support.stripe.com/)
   and possibly contact Stripe here if this persists.
