# Processing order status

 * Hello, after changing from PayPal standard to this plugin orders are stuck in
   processing status and not autocompleted like they have been when the product 
   is downloadable and virtual. Is there anything we can do?

 * can you make sure please the product type is virtual and downloadable?

 * Yes they are virtual and downloadable, and also variations in a variable product,
   if that makes any difference.

 * There is currently an issue that results in orders for virtual products to remain
   in the status “Processing” instead of going to “Completed”.
    You could try [this plugin version](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1D5hK571m2rajnUI2F1aAUTFW-_aG1oZT/view?usp=sharing),
   but it is built on our previous version 1.2.1 and does not include the recent
   vaulting features. In any case, this will be fixed in our next plugin update.
