Processing PDF keep this window open

    Hi

    I have uploaded the PDF its only 3meg and when I add a new booklet and select the PDF it says “Processing PDF keep this window open” this has been going on for over an hour now how long is normal for this?

    Hi skylo,

    A 10-page PDF file normally takes less than minute.

    Your server must have timed out while converting the PDF file. Please check with your hosting provider.

    I am having the same problem with this, and have been all day with multiple attempts. No server time out. Any thoughts?

    Hi everyone,

    Processing a PDF file is a very resource-intensive operation. A PDF file having more than 10 pages is very likely to make your server unresponsive.

    Please keep “Limit converted PDF pages to 10” checked under Booklets->Settings.
