# processing please wait – stuck

 * Hi, i fill out all my personal details and card details to purchase a subscription(
   £14.99) and when i click on the purchase button it just says ‘processing please
   wait’ and stays stuck on that. In my stripe account it then shows an incomplete
   payment of £100. Please can you advise?
