# Processing Refunds

 * Hi, I’ve read all I could, but I can’t seem to get the refunds to work, even 
   after I enable it in settings. I don’t see any link for the attendees to initiate
   refunds on their own NOR any link for me to initiate refunds from tools. What
   am I missing?

 * Users can initiate it by clicking on the link in the e-mail they received after
   purchasing a ticket. That page will have a link to request a refund. There are
   certain conditions where the link won’t appear, like if the ticket was free, 
   or if the date set in the refund expiration settings has passed.
 * Admins can initiate it by viewing the Attendee post, then opening the Access 
   Token link and clicking on the refund link. The same conditions as above apply.
