# Processing Template Text Not Being Applied

 * Hi, thanks a lot for creating this plugin, it helps a lot with something that
   should be native with WC.
   I have modified the screen and when I sent a test email,

   It seems like some old setting is not being overwritten – any workarounds or 
   ideas on how to make this work? Thanks!

 * Glad you reached out to us about this.
 * I tested this on my website and it is a bit different: I put an order with a 
   payment option that needs clearing (Direct bank payment). On these cases, the
   website admin needs to set the order to Processing after receiving and confirming
   the user’s payment.
 * After I did that, the processing order email was sent properly.
 * Just so I have more information on the process of your orders, could you tell
   me if you are using a different payment option? Do you also need to manually 
   set the order’s option to **_Processing_** status?
