# Processing vs. Completed order

 * Hi! As an admin, I’ve received my first gift card order. On the WooCommerce orders
   list, the order appears as “Processing”. Can I mark it as “Completed”, or will
   the voucher be cancelled if I do so?
 * Hence, if gift card orders are supposed to be marked as “Completed”, is there
   any option to automatically mark it as “Completed”, provided the order doesn’t
   contain another product?

 * Thanks for using our plugin,
 * Yes, you can mark the order status completed as well cancelled. If you are using
   our pro version the gift card coupon becomes 0 on the order status cancelled 
   or refunded.
    Gift Card orders will not automatically mark as completed, for 
   now, You have to update the order status manually. In the Gift Card order Gift
   Card product will be listed on the order edit page, the Same as other WooCommerce
   products.
