First, apologies for the delay. We have seen a recent influx of tickets and are currently working through a backlog.
There are over 500 products and I really don’t care to do it one at a time. Any way to bulk select this for all the products?
Sure there is! To update syncing for multiple products at the same time:
- Go to Products.
- Check the products you want to update.
- From the Bulk Actions menu, select “Edit”.
- Update the Sync with Square? field to “Yes”.
- Click Update.

One thing to note is that you really have to do them in batches as it seems to kill the server (at least at Godaddy) until the process has completed.

That’s probably the smart way to do it as every time you tick the box, there’s a connection happening with Square as well.
