Product Catalog Plugin

I have been searching for a plugin that is responsive and plays nice with the Genesis Framework that can create a look similar to the product listings on this page (the single-item rows, not the first 2):

I don’t want to create ecommerce pages, just a “teaser” catalog with pics and description similar to the example above.

I would appreciate any specific guidance anyone can provide. I have searched the plugins repository as well as with Google.
