 * Is it possible for the user to ask a question directly realted to a product if
   in a product page? Does this plugin have this feature?

    I would say this
   is possible but you need to use our web app app.mobilemonkey.com for this task.
   If I understand correctly, what you need is a different bot flow depending on
   the URL a user is visiting. What our app allows, let’s say a user is on page 
   [https://example.com/products](https://example.com/products) – the chat will 
   be with bot created for /products page, when user back to [https://example.com/home](https://example.com/home)
   a different chat is shown or chat widget is hidden at all. This is a PRO feature
   in the app.
