My product information suddenly has disappeared from my site. I’m using the EBookstore theme.

Under “tags,” there should be information about my product (book).

My inventory information is fine, but it’s not showing up on the site anymore.

I’m using woocommerce. If anyone has any advice, I’d appreciate it…

This is because your site is using some CSS that is hiding the product description (screenshot at http://cld.wthms.co/Q6vKy). By removing that, or by overriding that with your own custom CSS, you’ll see the product description area as expected (Screenshot at: http://cld.wthms.co/DtBvUd)
