  • Hi Tom,

Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems that few users are having the same issue. Have you tried increasing the Custom grid’s width in the Styling tab? Try increasing it to 600px.

Let us know how it works out.

    Best regards,

Thank you for your response. I tried that and it still did not display correctly. However, I did a little experimenting by starting with the default layout (which was working) and rearranging one thing at a time to find the problem. As strange as it sounds, the problem started when I removed the “permalink” from the layout. When I leave the permalink in, it displays correctly. I’m not sure why that would be the case and maybe it’s just a coincidence, but I’m now able to use the custom layout, I just have to have the permalink.

    Hi Tom,

Thank you very much for sharing your observation. We have not been able t reproduce it. Would it be possible for you to share screenshots of what happens to the Custom Product Page with and without the permalink (both on front and back-end)?

Also, we would like you to try our latest layout, which is the tabbed layout. It is highly customizable. You will be able to enjoy a new organization as well as to provide one for your customers.

    Thank you very much,
    Etoile Web Design
