# Product Screen Options Have disappeared

 * Hi,
 * Above is a link showing that when I go to all products in wordpress it now only
   shows me the title, brands, date and facebook sync. When I go to screen options
   it only has brands, comments, date, facebook sync and AIOSEO details as options.
   I used to have the ‘featured column’ and other options which I don’t remember
   what they were but it was very different to what I have now. I also cannot see
   the little picture of the product like I used to. Does anybody know what has 
   happened to this?!

 * Hi TillyT
    I had the same problem with my products and orders, it occurred over
   nite and appeared yesterday morning when I went to fill my orders. I could not
   find any fix for it, so I restored the site with a backup from the day before
   the errors occurred. That fixed the problems. But I had to re enter all the orders
   from new order emails that came in after the backup. Still do not know what caused
   it. But its fixed. Tom

 * Thank-you TP, will do so and Thank You Tom, I may try that but I had done some
   extra pages on my site so this isn’t ideal because it means I’ll have to redo
   them. If other support can’t find problem I’ll do what you suggested. Thanks 
   both

 * I just checked my products columns again and the screen options have been restored
   without me doing anything so I’m guessing it was maybe a glitch on woocommerce
   side and they fixed whatever it was. I’m just happy it’s fixed. Thanks
