Hi,
I can’t figure out why the catalog doesn’t have any products, even though the products appear loaded in the Business Manager but aren’t displayed in the Seller Center. Could you help me?

I don’t know what else to do. From the ticket opened in your “technical support” plugin section, they tell me that the catalog isn’t connected to the TikTok shop.
From the ticket 3037792 they tell me:
“As I was trying to explain, your previous catalog cannot be connected to TikTok Shop because it was created without linking to TikTok Shop.Please follow my instructions and connect WooCommerce with TikTok Shop separately”
@hostsolutionslabs thanks for the screen recording. Normally you would see an option to set-up TikTok shop which should take you to a widget to sync your products to seller center. It’s missing in this case, and I’m checking internally why that would be

Hi, @danieldecorla is there any news? I was hoping to get a response by the beginning of this week… it’s now midweek. I need an answer as soon as possible, otherwise I have to switch to other paid synchronization solutions. This situation is tiring me out quite a bit…
Hi @hostsolutionslabs – which country is your store located in? Are you seeing a modal at all to onboard to TikTok shop?
TikTok shop onboarding is only available through WooCommerce in the US and the UK
Hi @danieldecorla How is this possible? I’m in Italy and went through the onboarding process with ease. The shop is Italian. I followed all your steps. If your plugin doesn’t work, let me know and I’ll try another one. I absolutely need to get the Tiktok shop with my site. If you need credentials, let me know.
hi @hostsolutionslabs – did you go through marketing onboarding or shop onboarding? The plug-in provides functionality for both. Here is the marketing onboarding: https://ads.tiktok.com/help/article/tiktok-woocommerce-set-up-guide
Shop onboarding is a different process which involves KYC connection and product upload. You won’t see an option for that if your store is located in Italy. In this case you would need to connect your shop through seller center.HI @danieldecorla , So I first did the manual process via Seller Center because the plugin was connected to another website. Then you disconnected it from the other one and I did the onboarding via the plugin. But the products never synced.
