Hi Fred – thanks for reaching out!
The feed you mentioned is necessary for the products to be synced properly from your site, and it is synced automatically to ensure the most up-to-date data.
Can you do the following:
- Enable debugging through the plugin setup, and share the latest facebook_for_woocommerce log located in WooCommerce > Status > Logs, as well as your System Status report and debug.log using PasteBin
- Share a few examples of the products that are being marked as “Archived” and their status in your Business Manager
Can you also update the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin to the latest version to ensure best compatibility and latest security updates are in place?
Kind regards,
Marija
Hi, Marija,
I cannot update to the newest version of the plugin because of the Puchase Event issue. It affected the ads performance. Acctually I rolled back to 3.4.6 from 3.5.4. But the other information, I can provide shortly.
All the best!
Fred
Please share your Catalog ID
Hi Fred,
Thanks for sharing that with us – would you mind sharing your catalog id so we can investigate what is happening?
all the best

Hi Fred,
Thanks for sharing! Would you mind also sharing one of the affected items so I can investigate why it has changed to archived?
Hi, Fyuri,
It didn’t happen today. But I will keep tracking. I have 2 Commerce Managers with the same issue. I will share them soon.
All the best!
Fred
Hi Fred,
I’ve just checked the catalog 143440582167224 you shared and I couldn’t find any archived items.
The only thing I could see is that you have approximately 60 items out-of-stock – Is that expected?
Hi, Fyuri,
Actually the items I have shared you they were all set to Archieved status by system wrongly. They are in Active status because I have changed them to Active status manually. Every time I saw they have been changed to Archived status by system, I had to change them to Active status manually.
Hi Fred,
I see the items in archived state. Will investigate what’s going on and keep you posted
Thanks
Hi, Fyuri, thank you very much. Just want to update that today the same issue happens with catalog 1336921974376320. But to make Ads work properly, I will need to change the Archieved items to Active status manually.
Hi Fred, thanks for sharing.
We already have our team looking into that and will keep you posted
kind regards
Hello @fredpeng: To support our training and learning process, could you please provide the Case IDs that Meta Support gave you when you contacted them about this issue ?
