Products not importing correctly

    I’m trying to export the products from one website to the other. When I try .csv, I get this error:
    You have a column which is not recognized: Name,”Slug”,”Description”,”Price”,”Sale.
    Please make sure that the column names match the product field labels exactly.

    If I try Excel, it works, but half of my products show up empty (no description, categories, etc).

    What can I do?

    It was a problem with the slugs, some of them had punctuation marks that shouldn’t be there.
