Products missing – URGENT!

    Hello,

    we noticed that when a produt is out of stock (because it was sold out) it does not show on receipt or delivery note!

    Also, when there is a return, it always keeps that product in?

    How can we solve this quickly?

    Hi @kajahal

    We have checked that when the product is out of stock it is still coming in the Print invoice, Print receipt and Print delivery note. So if you can share the steps and some screenshots of the issue, it would help us in solving your issue.
