# Profile doesn’t save data ?

 * Hello everyone !
    I’ve installed UM and worked on Profile Fields. But when I 
   go on Profile > Edit profile, then change values and “save”, nothing happens.
   I’ve tried to search an answer on the forum but nothing helped me (like exclude
   pages from cache). I hope you can help me ^^ Bye !

 * This issue can be due to some conflicts with your theme or other plugins.
    Please
   do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away. Here is the [doc on how to do a conflict test](https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test)
   if you are not sure how to do it.

 * Hi !
    I’ve tried to do a conflict test but the profile still not save datas. 
   After that, I’ve restored the backup and it works ! I don’t know why but it works,
   so I will test and tell is the issue is solved. Bye !

 * I fixed it.
    I deleted the plugin and installed it again. Works!.
