# Profile fields not saving changes

 * When users attempt to update their profile information on my WordPress site, 
   such as their bio or contact details, the changes don’t save. After clicking “
   Save Changes,” the fields revert to their previous values. How can I troubleshoot
   this issue and ensure that profile updates are successfully saved?

 * Disable any WP plugin or CDN/Web Hosting server caching for the UM pages.
    Clear
   your web browser local cache.
